Cancellation Policy
At Racecourse Road Family Health – Pakenham, we do our best to provide timely and accessible appointments for all patients. To help us manage appointment availability and reduce waiting times, we kindly ask patients to let us know as early as possible if they are unable to attend their appointment.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting to see a doctor or healthcare provider.
